Cancellation Policy: When we reserve time, we reserve them exclusively for you.We require all of that time to provide you with the best quality work possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered no-show* and you will be rescheduled to meet the needs of those who are on time for their pre-reserved appointments. Tippy Toes Spa requires the courtesy of 2 hours notice if you need to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation/Rescheduling/Changing with less than 2 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellation/Rescheduling within 30 minutes of appointment time will be charged 100% of the service value.
*ALL No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.
All cancellations/rescheduling must be done via phone or schedulicity.
